Team Headshots at Your Office
Keep it simple. I bring my fully mobile studio directly to your office, so your team doesn’t need to travel or take any longer than necessary for photos.
Everyone gets photographed in the same professional style with consistent lighting and backdrops, ensuring your website and marketing materials look cohesive and future-proof as your team expands.
The setup is quick, the sessions are efficient (just five minutes per person), the fuss is minimal.

What areas do you cover?
My studio is in Basingstoke, and I travel all over Hampshire, Berskire and London for team headshots with my mobile studio – including Reading, Newbury, Alton, Winchester and Southampton. Travel within the Basingstoke area is included in the base quote, and a small travel charge applies for distances beyond 10 miles.
Help! I am not photogenic.
Don’t worry! Most people are a little insecure in front of the camera. During your pre-session consultation, as well as during the session itself, we will discuss any concerns you may have. We keep the mood light and relaxed while we shoot, bringing out your most genuine expressions. I will also give you plenty of posing tips as we go along, to bring out your best features.
What should I wear at my headshot session?
Stick with solid colours in tones that complement your skin, for example jewel tones, navy, charcoal, and classic neutrals. Avoid busy patterns, logos, or anything too trendy that might date your images quickly. On a longer headshot session, you’re welcome to bring a couple of outfit options for variety: perhaps one more formal and one slightly relaxed. We’ll decide together what works best for the look you’re after.
Most importantly, wear something you feel confident and comfortable in – it will make a big difference to how the final images look! During our pre-session consultation, we’ll talk through any specific considerations for your industry or brand, as well as your personal preferences and style.
How many photos will you take?
With a One Shot session, you will have around 15 proofs to choose from. Your gallery from a Headshot Session will be more comprehensive, with around 40-50 images to choose from. Team headshot galleries typically include 8 proofs per person.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, all the images you choose will be fully retouched to the standard you see in my galleries, and delivered in both colour and black and white. My cosmetic retouches aren’t drastic – I remove blemishes, flyaways, flecks of dust from clothing and do a discreet skin “glow-up”. My goal is to keep things natural and polished.
How long will it take to receive my pictures?
You’ll have access to your online proofing gallery within two working days of the session. Once you have chosen your favourites and paid for any outstanding balance, your fully retouched images will be available for download within three working days.
Can I use my images for both print and online?
Yes, the images are delivered in full resolution and will be suitable for printing as well as online usage. While the copyright of all photos remains with the photographer, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use your images for business and promotional purposes across all media.
Can you match our existing team headshots?
Yes, absolutely. I am happy to match lighting set-ups and backdrops to previous work, whether photographed by me or someone else. I will be happy to discuss any specific requirements at our pre-session consultation.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Life happens! I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so I can offer your slot to someone else. If you cancel with less notice or don’t show up for your appointment, I may need to charge the full session fee, but please reach out if something unexpected comes up. I’m reasonable and want to work with you.
