In & around Richmond
The areas I cover
Baby photoshoots at home are easy and convenient, and a great option in those early days. I will come to you, so you won’t have to pack and travel with a young baby.
I regularly shoot in my clients’ homes in Richmond, including Petersham, Kew and Richmond Gate.
I also cover Richmond’s surrounding towns, including Twickenham, Teddington, Hampton and Chiswick.

A Natural Style
Newborn photoshoots that just flow.
My goal is to fill each frame with genuine expressions, deep connections and love. Keeping things easy and simple is the key to making this happen.
With your baby happy and relaxed at home, using natural light and minimal props, we can create a setting that allows those moments to unfold naturally.
I will be there to capture them unobtrusively and sympathetically, and make them into little works of art that stand the test of time.
The philosophy of “less is more” also applies to how your images will be selected and processed.
A full session gallery features around 50 carefully selected images, each unique in its own way, and indispensable to tell your family’s story.
Your portrait edits will be clean, with beautiful skin tones, true-to-life colours and rich black and white conversions for each image. Perfect for viewing not just on your phone, but on your walls, too.
Newborn photography pricing
How much will your newborn session cost?
High-quality, unique family portraits are a heirloom that will be cherished and valued for generations to come.
My pricing won’t be the cheapest you’ll find, but it is fair, transparent, and reflective of the years of experience, product quality and high levels of customer care that I bring to each photoshoot.
The Lifetime Session, my gold-standard experience, is priced in two parts: a one-time creative fee payable at the time of booking, with images purchased separately after the shoot.
Clients usually invest between £1,000 and £5,000 on their Lifetime session, to include a combination of digital images, wall art and other display products. A full pricing brochure is available on request.
For a more budget-friendly option, you may also choose the Mini Session. This is a shorter experience, bookable on weekdays only in my Basingstoke studio or within 10 miles of it, and inclusive of ten digital images.
A great way to experience bespoke photography for the first time, with a set price tag for your peace of mind.

The Lifetime Session
The Mini Session
The images we create together will take your breath away.
It is great to keep a digital copy of them for sharing and archiving, but they deserve so much more than storage on a USB stick. Why not make them part of your everyday life?
Display them proudly on your walls and around your home. There’s no better way to relive those cherished moments every day.
You could create a striking wall art arrangements of wall frames or floating metallic panels for your home. You could opt to showcase your images in a bespoke fine art album, designed exclusively for you. Or you could simply order your gallery in digital version, accompanied by a hardwood keepsake box to store the USB stick and matching small prints.
Lights, Camera, Relax.
A closer look at the newborn portrait experience
Your session is a completely bespoke experience, but it doesn’t need to be a difficult and convoluted process – your time is precious.
If we have not worked together before, here is a handy breakdown of each step of the process, and what to expect from each one.
1 - Pre-session consultation
After our initial phone or email contact, I will invite you to meet me at my studio. It’s a great opportunity to share ideas for your session, answer all your questions, and gather inspiration all the exciting ways to display your images.
And all the while, we’ll be getting to know each other, so that you will feel more comfortable on your shoot day.
2 - The photoshoot
On the big day, we will meet at my studio, your home, or our chosen location.
Lifetime photo sessions last around 1.5 – 2 hours for families, and 3 hours for newborn babies.
A Mini session is approximately half the duration of a Lifetime session.
3 - The editing
After your session, my editing job begins. I will choose 40 to 50 of your best portraits and edit them to perfection, so that each one of them truly shines.
My signature editing includes colour and contrast, cropping for best composition, some gentle skin retouching and a pinch of magic as standard!
The editing process takes approximately two weeks.
4 - The viewing
So, what happens after your baby photo shoot? Naturally, you will be excited and impatient to see your photos!
Over the next two to three weeks, I will be very busy personally editing your images to the high standard you can see on this website.
Once the editing process is complete, I will invite you back to the studio, where you will be able to review your images on a large screen and choose your favourite images to order.
Where a viewing appointment may be difficult to arrange, we may arrange a Zoom call with screen sharing.
During this 60-90 minute session, you will be able to choose from a wide range of display options for the style that best suits your images and personal taste. Payment for your order is taken at this stage.
I will be there at every step of the way, to guide and advise in a completely pressure-free manner. It’s all about what YOU want!
5 - The delivery
Your order will be ready approximately two to six weeks after your viewing appointment. Production times vary according to the product ordered.
I check every order personally for quality, and hand-deliver all orders within 20 miles of the studio. Collection can also be arranged.
If you are not local, don’t worry – I am always happy to help you arrange courier deliveries anywhere in the world!
